At Tarama Enterprise, we prioritize delivering purchased/rented products to our customers as early as possible. We deliver almost everywhere within India and ensure minimum shipping to buyers.
Shipping Time: We try to dispatch orders within 2-3 days after a customer places an order with us. It further depends on the type and quantity of the product(s) ordered. Reasonably, if a customer is placing a customized order or order products in large quantities, we will take more time to dispatch the order. However, we dispatch most of the orders within 5-7 business days in such cases. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we make the best effort to deliver ordered products timely to all our customers.
Courier Partners: For all our domestic deliveries, we work closely with our courier partners having a good reputation in India and abroad. For remote locations, where most of the private courier service providers do not ship, we sometimes use Speed post is to deliver products.
Delivery Time: Our goal is to deliver products to our customers at their convenience and optimize their benefits. For smaller-sized parcel orders from locations nearby Kolkata, it generally takes 2-3 days to deliver an order. Nevertheless, the actual shipping time might vary from 3-10 days depending on certain factors. These factors include the location of delivery and product size. We make sure to provide tracking to our customers after shipping a product to ensure transparency of our shipping procedure.
